Atty. Marcus Aurelius M. Bañares began his career as a civil engineer. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the Mapúa Institute of Technology, passed the Engineering Board Examinations in 2003, and served in the Planning Department of the Parañaque City Government, where he worked closely with land use, survey plans, and property administration. That training taught him to read a technical description the way an engineer does, and it still shapes how he examines titles and land documents today.

He pursued law while continuing to work as an engineer, completing his legal studies at Arellano University School of Law and passing the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2010. He then served for seven years as a Public Attorney, where he handled criminal cases in which a client's life and liberty were at stake. That work demanded close scrutiny of every record, full preparation for every hearing, and constant vigilance over his clients' fundamental rights.

Today, Atty. Bañares brings that same discipline to land, title, and property disputes. He handles title disputes, ejectment cases, petitions for lost owner's duplicate titles, estate settlements, and homeowners' and condominium association disputes. Whether a client is already in litigation or simply needs guidance on a sale, lease, or transfer, his aim is the same: to protect their rights from the start, so the problems that lead to litigation never get the chance to begin.
